This item is used to treat the Curse of Poseidon. When used, the Hero Efficiency can get back to 100%. This item can only be acquired by playing the Fortuna mini game Lucky Spin. Details for this type of Elixir will be released in the incoming patch update.
To treat the curse of Poseidon, Player must use a corresponding Solution with the Hero Grade following this table:

B2: 2 Light Elixir | Reset a Hero Grade B back to 100% Efficiency plus have 12 days before the curse kick-in |

C5: 5 Minor Elixir | Reset a Hero Grade B back to 100% Efficiency plus with the curse effect starting immediately |
C3: 3 Minor Elixir or
B1: 1 Light Elixir | Reset a Hero Grade C back to 100% Efficiency plus have 30 days before the curse kick-in |
C2: 2 Minor Elixir | Reset a Hero Grade C back to 100% Efficiency plus have 12 days before the curse kick-in |

Those Solution above can be used to treat Hero of any character regardless of Hero LV. With an exception is that only Hero LV greater or equal to LV6 can be treated. For example:
You can't use Elixir of Deep Sea to treat Hero LV5 back to 100% Efficiency, Hero below LV6 must upgrade to next LV in-order to lift the curse. Your Hero will not be upgraded to next LV when use Elixir of Deep Sea
You can use 3 Greater Elixir of Deep Sea to treat a Hero Grade A LV6 or LV7 back to 100% Efficiency with 20 days remaining. The elixir cost and effect will be the same for all Hero LV.
